• Bonuses will generally be paid each quarter on appraisals completed and paid from the client.
• Bonuses end at the time of employment termination.
• "New client" will be defined as a client who has not ordered an appraisal from us in the last 90 days.
• All the appraisal orders from this client will be first given to the originating appraiser during the bonus period as long as the appraiser is competent to perform the appraisal, can complete the appraisal in the desired time constraints, and has the proper level of licensure and/or client/investor approvals.
• When necessary, the originating appraiser may be called upon to assist VAI with delinquent account receivables from this client.
